Feel chi move into balance with the changing seasons as you tune into sensation and emotion. Sessions with Daniel are one hour and fully-clothed as you relax on a warm and comfortable bodywork table.

Anchoring

An invitation to relax into the wisdom of your body with unique body-centered mindfulness-based anchoring techniques to support your life, dreams, goals and beliefs.

Daniel draws on his 3 year, 420 hour Hakomi mindful somatic psychotherapy training for this experience. World renowned therapist and author John Bradshaw called Hakomi "the absolute cutting edge of modern therapeutic technique."

​Participants report a takeaway of a deeper connection to their heart, muscle memory, inner life, felt-sense and body wisdom.

​Sessions are one hour, and may be in person or on zoom.

Progressive Relaxation

Feel yourself gradually relaxing deeper and tuning into your inner life with guided breathing and progressive relaxation techniques.
Daniel draws on his 30+ years of using these techniques for this experience. Sessions are in person.
